Hi Siva, I'll take a shot,

  • Meta Data - attributes of the data.  ex: timestamps, user terminals, ip addresses, etc.
  • Model Data - not sure, but I suppose this could mean data used to simulate production functionality and scenarios.  Testing requires similar data to production, which could be "modeled" to be similar to what is found in production.
  • Master Data - Primary data that is rarely changed.  ex: Vendor IDs, Bank Account #s, Account attributes, Product Attributes, User Attributes, Cost Center details, etc.
