Absence Configuration

Dear Experts,

I have configured New Absence Type in SPRO..

Our Client using ESS & MSS Also..

After Configuring the Absence type than I checked in the Portal ..

But the Newly Created Absence type is not reflecting in the Leave Type.

Is we need to Configure new Absence in ESS also ?

Please let me know the integration part of ECC and the Portal ..

You need to do some ESS config as well - maintain all required leave requests in table V_T5545s_web and make relevant config setting.

In V_t554s_Web Table i found entires which are standard..

The Absence types which were there are not belongs to Ours..

Is their in any other table we need to maintain our Abs records ?

Please suggest..

Hi Shekhar,

You need to do ESS configuration for leave request - go to SPRO--> Personnel management --> Employee self service--> working time --> leave request and check all the nodes.

From table V_T554s_web, it looks that ESS configs are not at all set in place hence you need to first define rule group for your company code and then default the rule gruoup under WBMO feature.

Once that's done you need to maintain your absence types in V_T554s_web under your own created rule groups.

kindly go through the documentation part in SPRO and try doing the config first,
