Hello Amir,
We simply can't guess our way out of your performance issue. Have you looked into the visualized plan of the execution? How's your SQL query? And your model?
Without these it is really difficult to start pointing any direction.
Plus, there are quite a few articles/blogs here in SCN that can help you start analyzing modeling performance issues. Before dropping a question, why not to look into what's available to help yourself solve this issue ?
