Logoff doesn't work (3.0 SP01)

Hi!

We are using Screen Personas 3.0, SP01,SAP 7.4 EHP6. after using Log off button - browser shows log off page but after reentering the link - it still is logged on with the same user. I tried note 1777513 - still the same issue. How to fix this?

Can you double check whether your log off service is active or not?

Double and triple checked it already. Deactivated and activated once more...

i tried with 317/318 and 319 and logoff worked as expected.

I would say go through Note 1777513 again in case you did not miss anything. Re-activate logoff service and then try!!

I tried everything once more - deactivated both services and configured logoff error tab for webgui service...still after logoff and reloading the address bar  - system is still logged on with the same user

we just upgraded system to SP02, but still the same issue with logout.

also after logoff the address is the initial address to log on, so after refresh it's logging back to the session

what else can i check?

hi diana,

log off is not personas dependent.

i tested with the latest kernel patch and for me it seems to be working.

If you have your system up to date and still having issues, I would suggest to create a message with us so that we can take a look.

Thank you, Sushant, I found and solution to this - to configure personas service as mentioned in 1777753 for webgui, that solved the issue.
