Hello Experts
After creating a lead in CRM marketing web UI , I will click on distribute button and in next screen ,I will select ‘method’ as manual employee selection , and enter employee number and click update button.
We are good till this point .
Next, employee should get this lead to his/her outlook email box. To enable this functionality what configuration step I need to complete. Can you pls help me to understand ?.
At this point we are not interested in automatic lead distribution.

Hi Rusheek,
you would need to configure an action that gets triggered when the Lead Status is changed. For more information please refer to the SAP Help Documentation for Leads which states which Action Profile should be used.

The notification needs to be implemented via action definition. An example action for a notification is documented in the following help page:
Notifications - Channel Partner Management - SAP Library
This should provide the required information.
