Adobe form received from not sended recipient

Dear experts,

I am working on creating and sending Adobe interactive form.

There are one question.

We planed self-assessment in Planner with sending form via e-mail. Recipient got a letter with pdf-form and forward it to another email. Then, after filling form he send pdf-form from another email box. System identify this form and don't parse, because sender and recipient are different.

How we can solve this problem and allow receive and parse pdf-forms from another email box?

There has been recent enhancement to allow this. Check note 2167255.
