Issue with Risk Level – ALL

Hi Friends,

I have problem with Risk Level – ALL.

I am running offline risk analysis (User/Role) with Risk Level – ALL, I am getting “No Violations”

but the same Offline risk analysis running without Risk Level, I am getting respective Violations.

For this We have implemented below notes but issue not resolved.

2231508 - Risk Level default value and not text report no results

2251000 - ARA No results when risk level is ALL

2267923 - Risk Level text not displayed in Analysis Criteria in ARA report when 'ALL' is selected

2253323 - Risk Analysis show last risk level results for selected multiple Risk Level

System Details: GRC AC 10.1, SP-10.

Note: I am getting online risk analysis with Risk Level – ALL.

Please share your thoughts to resolve the issue. Thanks.

Did you try to re-run GRAC_BATCH_RISK_ANALYSIS in full mode?

Hi Mahboob,

I have run GRAC_BATCH_RISK_ANALYSIS with full and incremental mode in multiple times and also run all Sync Jobs but it is showing No Violations with Risk Level ALL for Offline Risk Analysis.

What happens when you remove the risk level selection box from the risk analysis?

If i remove Risk Level selection then i am getting SoD Conflicts.

I had a similar issue that no violations appeared unless I minimized the ' custom user group '. SAP published a note a few weeks later to tackle this issue. Guess the same is required for your issue

Your issue is on SP10, my issue was on SP05 and regarding custom user groups. SP10 probably contains all notes from SP05-SP09. I don't think it will make any difference by sharing you an old note number
