Hi All,
Message Flow -
SRM --> PI --> ECC
Messages are getting failed in PI. We analysed that the field Recipient Business System ID is carrying wrong value in it(We saw this in SXMB_MONI -- Payload)...
How to change this value?

Rashmi
Hi All,
Thank you for your support issue got resolved.. The field Recipient Business System ID takes the name of the Business System and not the logical system...
Somebody re-created the Business System with different name is SLD. We have provided the same in our ICO condition and issue got resolved...

Hello Rashmi,
This needs to be changed in your SRM configuration.
Please refer the point number 1 in the note mentioned below. Under configuration of back-end system, you need to change the Business system name. Please check with your SRM consultant for more info on this. We had same issue in our project, and we resolved it using this setting.

Hi Nitin,
As per point no.1.. We have logical system name defined here and same is defined in our SLD...
But when I check in sxmb_moni of sender (srm system) --> I can see the value in the field Recipient Business System ID is something else... Till 3rd it was working fine...'
Logical system name in SRM and SLD - xyz
Till 3rd feb value was coming as xyz_clntxxx --> it was working fine
After 3rd value is coming like xyz_clntxxx_BS --> It started failed in PI....
I still wonder from where these values are coming in...
Please suggest.
BR,
Rashmi
Hello Rashmi,
Can you check if you are able to connect to your SLD or no? Please do a SLDCHECK and check it.
If you are not able to connect it, then request you to check the SLD configuration in SLDAPICUST.
Also check Adapter Specific identifiers of the Business system, what Logical system has been given?
Regards,
Nitin
