Dependent requirement is planning for phantom item

Hi

I am having one problem , the material is marked with phantom item - 50 but still it is creating dependent requirement.BOM level also it is marked with phantom

And procurement type used - E

Replicated the scenario in quality but it is working fine.

There is no stock available for the material. and reservation is also zero only.

do you mean that reservation is getting generated for phantom material? if this is the case then check whether is has stock or not, if this is the case then remove the stock.

Hello,

Dependent requirements of superior assemblies should be passed on to the components of the phantom assembly directly. If no bill of material is created for the phantom, the logic summary cannot be executed and, as a result, the phantom is dealt with as a standard stock material.

Do you have BOM for phantom item?

Please refer SAP help,

"If it is necessary, in individual cases, to create dependent requirements and procurement proposals for the phantom assembly during the planning of a material, you can override the Phantom assemblyattribute in the BOM. Enter an appropriate indicator for the explosion type in the item screen of the BOM. You maintain the explosion type in Customizing for MRP in the IMG activity Item data"

Check the phantom assembly BOM item in the BOM in quality and production system and confirm.
