Infotype 1050 & functioning usage

Hello,

Need your help to understand how Infotype 1050 : Job Evaluation Results.

I have gone through the SAP help document on this infotype but not sure how to use this infotype.

1) What is best way to use IT1050 ?

2) What is transaction code where all position can be visible and accordingly evaluation can be assigned.

3) is it possible to get this infotype in PPOME? and what can be probable challenges?
