I am not sure if anyone has seen this issue before, I am currently using SAP Business Objects Crystal Reports 2013 Support Pack 4, Version 14.1.4.1327

The only change that I remember that was done last is that my SAP Business Intelligence BI platform was upgraded to 4.1 Support Pack 5 from 4.0

Any advise is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Nimish

Hi Nimish,

I would first advice upgrading CR Designer to SP05 as well (It is currently at SP04).

If that doesn't help, you should remove any unused printer drivers on your machine. You should remove them one at a time.

Hi Abhilash,

Thank you for the reply, Do you know if there is a link where I can download CR Designer SP05 from the internet?

Regards,

Nimish
