401 - Unauthorized. XCL199 authentication required

Hi friends,

I am using SAP Business One 9.1 PL:05 and installed integration framework successfully as per instruction.

But I can't able to open dashboard reports. Its showing following error.

Please help to sort out this error.

Hi Silambu,

for Dashboard issues please check for the following SAPNotes:

• 2156457 - Dashboard cannot be opened with '401 - Unauthorized' error
• 1619422 - Troubleshooting SAP Business One Dashboard/Cockpit
