Issue with Implementing SOLMAN on portal

Hi Friends

I am trying to get solman(Solution manager) system on portal 7.3 without a tcode window this my portal screen

I fetched back end role WorkCentre basic authorization for incident management:-

SAP_SMWORK_BASIC_INCIDENT

SAP_SMWORK_INCIDENT_MAN

When I am clicking on the new message it is giving an issue as shown below:-

Hi

In SCN we can provided the SAP notes for reference & solutions. but we should not paste or attach the SAP Notes. You have to access the SAP Service Market place., required SAP S-user id credentials
