physical sample valuation not done in QA11

Dear Expert,

we using the stability study for the Quality inspection. all the Results are recorded for the all characteristics for all operations. it was seen in the transaction code QE03 that valuation done for the characteristics.

The sample shows valuated and the work center closed in QE51N, but QA11 displays the message: “Not all samples are valuated. Do you want to force completion?”  Based on reviewing the inspection plans, the release work centers are set to auto-valuate.

when we are go to transaction code QA11 than at physical sample tab last operation not shown as valuation but Operation completion done for all the Operations.

please provide your inputs

operation  0900 (samples) have to be evaluated.

where and How the Operation 900 to be evaluated ?

How auto valuation is possible like other operations ?

You can valuate the operation in transaction QE51N. All MIC and samples have to be valuated. You can also do a manual valuation.

can you give me more detail. because other than all the Operations are already valuated in QE51N but only 900 operation not shown valuated in QA11 screen as per attached screen shot

can you please provide a screenshot of this lot in QE51N. Operation 900 must be valuated in QE51N.

Hi Ketan,

I think if UD is already applied, then I think you won't be able to valuate the operation 0900 again is QE51N. Isn't it? Do you have another test cased where it was done perfectly?

Before UD --> Physical sample not valuated shown.

when we complete the Operation 0900 and Valuation manually done than we complete the Operation.

than we See QA11 ---> tab Physical sample there some Operations not showing Valuation tick, Plant, Ud code and Code group.

Have you recorded results for your physical samples? What is the MIC system status after you updated results?

Also please confirm if other operations you are referring to are MIC managed. In case if those operations are not MIC managed, then they will not be reflected in QA11. You will only be able to see the operation 0900 only as this is only one having MIC, for result recording and influencing UD.
