Hello Experts,
1).We have a requirement of password reset via OTP if user clicks on GET SUPPORT link of portal and fill mandatory details to reset password.
So ,is that possible to send an OTP on end-user's mobile phone for password reset?
2). Is that possible a password could be a combination of USER ID and its MOBILE number ?
Please suggest.

Both is possible. This is a requirement dont covered by standard, write your own application resp. masthead for that

I have answered to this already, but it seems to got lost. However, no, your requirement is very specific and you want find any documentation on this. I know several customers we have implemented custom frameworks/auth procedures for, and it was never on same way.
What you need to do, is to write an exact concept for this first, including exact specifications, wireframes, UML diagrams etc to describe what you would like to do at all
