Updated sales office in ECC and CRM, org unit is not determined

Hi All,

We have updated our customers with new sales office and sales group and this is done in both ECC and CRM, When we are creating the order in CRM GUI, everything works fine. But when an order is created via web UI, Organization Unit (the top field in organization tab) is not getting determined. All other fields, Organization, DC, Division, sales office, sales groups are determined correctly.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

Please look into the Organisation data determination procedure function module.

So in Transaction -> Orgdata profile -> that profile has one Orgdata rule added -> Org data rule has function module.
