Read status of Published News item!

Hi Friends,

When the published News link clicked, it changes from Bold to Normal font indicating the it has read by the user.

This feature is working in SAP Portal 7.0,  But it is not working in Portal 7.4.

Can anybody help me, where to configure the 'Read' status of the Published News.

Attached the screen where, evenhough the news item is read it is not changing to 'Read' status in the properties.

Lakshmikantha, thank you, Im sure you meant it good, but nobody cares about points: I wont be able to buy me a new roadstar with those or spend it in casino  , this stuff is completely unnecessary imho.
