How to cancel depreciation run in fixed assets SBO 9.1 PL09

Hi,

I cannot cancel depreciation runs in SAP Business One 9.1 PL09.

Don't have option right mouse click -> cancel ????

maybe it has something to do with changing fiscal year , which was already done at the customer of mine....

I've been told by the support consultant that a depreciation run can be canceled under following conditions: 1# It#s the last depreciation run under the same depreciation area. 2# Under the same depreciation area, there is no follow-up asset transaction for any of the assets in the depreciation run. Here the follow-up transaction means any transaction excluding parameter change: depreciation type, usefullife, depreciation start date, period control factor. For example: Subsequent capitalization, capitalization credit memo,retirement, transfer,revaluation, manual depreciation...

Hi Mark,

The option is available in 9.1 PL05, so should also be in patch 9. Make sure you click on the row number first so the row is highlighted?

december 2015 is the earliest month to cancel but not possible??

Could it have something to do with the year (transfer)??

I did some testing;

When I run depreciation for january 2016 , afterwards I can cancel the run for 2016.

But 2015 and earlier is not possible to cancel. Any idea ??

Were the earlier ones created in a different patch level? Is your financial period open?

Just a couple of thoughts..
