Unable to Save Custom Attributes in Data Insight

We have a need to create custom Data quality dimensions other than 7 quality dimensions what  information steward gives .

I go to information steward  > Manage Custom attributes and try to add a new custom Data quality dimension to the list of values .

The value gets added but when I click on Save and close the new Data quality dimension disappears.

let me know you thoughts on this

Althaf,

I logged onto IS in 4.2 SP5 and could create a custom DQ Dimension.  When I clicked on the Custom attribute, a list of values popped up and I could add and then save.  When I reopened, it was there.

Not sure what SP you are using but it worked for me when tested in SP5.
