No lists showed in tcode comc_r3_org_generate

Hello, this is Seunghyeok.

I have tried to pull R3 org unit to CRM.

After finishing middleware settings up, i entered into t-code comc_r3_org_generate to pull R3 org.

But no lists appeared in the screen. So no org could be generated by clicking button.

I already did the initial load of DNL_CUST_S_AREA and DNL_CUST_SALES.

How do you think of it ... What's gonna be the problem with it ?

Hello,

1. Please check in Transaction SMOEAC -> Object Type -> Site -> Click on Filter -> then you can see R/3 System -> under that OLTP Should be configured .

2. When OLTP is configured, then you can see R/3 Site-Attribute -> here there should be an RFC Destination added.

3. Please check the RFC Destination is working in transaction SM59.

If above all three steps are correct, you can see all Org data from ERP System.

Hello Laha,

I checked and RFC Destination which is assigned to R/3 Site - Attribute is working well.

But no lists are still showed.

While checking RFC Destination, i got something to ask you.

Why we make both CRM and ERP logical system in CRM system?

I mean, why do we create an ERP logical system(named as EHDCLNT100) in the CRM system? Did it makes any effect on something?

Yes, that's the logical System we use to communicate to ERP System, for example sending BDOC.
