Product Substitution in CRM

Hello,

I have maintained all material determination settings in ECC and download this to SAP CRM with conditions DNL_CUST_PDD and DNL_COND_D001.

I think all product substitution customizing is ok, but in crm web ui this is not working. So this is not convert the my target material in CRM web ui.

Hi Alican

1. You have set up product substitution (or material determination) in SAP ERP, and downloaded this to SAP CRM. For more information, see Customizing under  Customer Relationship Management > Basic Functions > Product Substitution

2. You have assigned the product substitution procedure to a transaction type in Customizing.
