Replenishment order notification In issue : Buyer party couldnt be determined

    Hi All,

We are facing a issue with replenishment order notification In XML message.

The error message is :

Buyer Party on item level XXXX : Customer data couldn't be determined.

I have CIFed the Prodcution Plant "RPM1" to SNC and assigned it to model and version as well.

But still in XML message it seems that it is not interpreting it correctly.

Is it mandatory that the Production plant should be in Numeric in SNC?

Can you please advise what needs to be done in order to remove this error?

Hi Uday,

Its not mandatory to have a numeric plant in SNC.

For example, you can have a plant number link S001 in ECC & CIF to SNC.

Did you assing the Customer Business Partner to your plant in SNC?

This should be done your production plant in /SAPAPO/LOC3 and scroll down in the screen like below:

This should be an organization BP.

In addition to that, if you implement a BADI for RON_In you will have the opportunity to adjust the values in the XML.
