Dear All,

We are in the process of implementation of Fleet Management for company owned cars/vehicles.

Done settings as below and unable to proceed further. Please advise me.

1. Vehicle created through IE31

2. Measuring Point- IK01

3. Document Measurement-IK11

4	Define Consumable Types	DIESEL
5	Define Usage Types for Fleet Objects	C- Company Usage
6	Define Engine Types for Fleet Objects	DE-DIESEL ENGINE
7	Define Special Measurement Positions for Fleet Objects	DISTANCE - Usage-related distance counter FUEL- Usage-related fuel counter ODOMETER - DISTANCE TRAVELLED OIL--OIL CONSUMED TIME-Usage-related time counter
8	Created Counters	a.     Fuel- Diesel Consumption b.    KM-Distance c.     Lube Oil- Engine oils etc.

Requirement is to calculate

1.     Fuel –Total Diesel Consumption ( Per month etc)

2.     KM- Total KMs travelled

3.     Lube oil- Total Amount of Engine oil , lubes etc

Please let me know how to set define calculation method for fleet consumption values.

Check the Measuring point defined for the KM & post all the measurement documents created against that measuring point.

Dear All,

I have done some settings/changes in SPRO as SCN postings.

When I tried to run MCIJ,not able to get the reports.

And also we need to caculate lube oil consumption.

Hi Jjroy,

to define the calculation method for fleet consumption first have to define measurement unit in CUNI in unit dimension SURINV.

for KM per fuel define KM/L, KM/KG(CNG)

And  in setting for fleet management >>define measurement unit.>>

select the SI unit M2I(unit group- M-2)>> within define your measurement unit KM/L or KM/KG.

in Calculation configuration>> define ur calculation method X, measurement unit, primary counter, fuel counter..

I have defined the following characteristics.

DIST_KM

FUEL_CONSM

LUBEOIL_CONSM

Selected calculation method in equipment as A

Calculation method

But, I need to calculate

DIST_KM

FUEL_CONSM

LUBEOIL_CONSM

So, How to define settings in CUNI to achieve the above.

Client want to calculate the vehicle data

1. Distance in KM

2. Diesel Consumption-Liters

3. Lube Oil Consumption-Liters

The output of the  MCIZ would be

Distance - KM

Diesel     - L

OIl            L

So, How to do the settings.

Hi,

For this purpose first have to create special measurement position and corresponding counter purpose in Configuration under setting for Fleet management. Like Distance, Diesel, Lube Oil

Create Characteristic in CT04, define units Characteristic units KM, LTR etc

In IE02 create measurement point as a counter assign special measurement position  which is configured in SPRO under setting for fleet management and corresponding characteristic unit.

Now you can document the readings in IK11 for Distance, Diesel, Lube oil.

There are some mismatches in the output.

Screen Shot is attached for our reference.

KM & Fuel entered are showing correct figures

Distance in KM entered 180 but it is showing 21053. Why?

Yes.  Why distance is showing very high figure.

Finally, what calculations we need to consider.

Client wants i.e vehicle report  to pay to vendor.

1. Total Distance covered in KM

2. Fuel Consumed-in Liters

3. Others ( Lube oil consumption) in Liters.

System is showing you total distance covered in KM only... Total vehicle travel is 21053

But KM value is showing is very high.

We have not defined any conversion factor with respect to vehicle.

i.e 1 liter =9 KM

How system is showing the total vehicle travel is 21053.
