Table UJF_DOC_CLUSTER housekeeping

Hi all,

         we have a BPC implementation on Netweaver. The implementation imports data from various text files, as well as doing all the usual planning & consolidation stuff.

The implementation has been live for 18 months and we have noticed that the UJF_DOC_CLUSTER table has grown quite large during this time.

I have searched extensively and I have found no documentation about what exactly the purpose of this table is.

I have also been unable to find any documentation about what housekeeping can be done in order to prevent this table from growing out of control.

Does anyone out there have any information that they can share?

Hi Mark,

That table keeps track of all the documents that is imported/uploaded into BPC using data manager.

It is a good practice to delete all the old uploaded files.

you can use this program in SE38 to delete

UJF_FILE_SERVICE_DLT_DM_FILES

it will allow you to select environment and number of days as selection.
