Inbound Email Content does not appear in EMAIL Workcentre?

Hi

I send an email in to the Interaction centre. It gets to the Inbox then when I try to view the email I see the subject and who it

was from but no Message Pane?

Also if I try to reply there is no message area where I can write a reply.- very strange - am using CRM7 EHP3. My email profile is set to html enabled.

Hi PM,

Which editor do you want to use?

If you want to use the old editor (BTF), check if service bsp_crm_btfbse is active, if you use the new editor (rich text editor), ensure that service BSP_CRM_RTEMCE is active.
