Hello,

we configurated this for the DEV system, making an WSDL proxy/consumer/service as descrived here: SOAMANAGER Configuration for CATS Web Services - ERP Human Capital Management - SCN Wiki

On the DEV system, no error occurs.

On our QAS system, we get an error, and I cant figure out why. I have tried to debug the WebDynpro but after reaching the SOAP calls, i got lost and cant figure out where exectly it goes wrong.

The error we get =  Systemerror: Keine Sollarbeitszeit fur Mittarbeiter XXXXXXXX.

Which translates into something like, No workschedule/hours found for user XXXXXX.

When looking into IT0007 the user has a workschedule, so that aint it.

If anyone has any idea, please help.

Make sure the User ID/Password defined in the logical port are valid and the required authorizations exist. Also make sure all ICF services along the path /sap/bc/srt/xip/eetme* and the client-specific sub-services within eetme* are active.

Everything you mention should be in place. All services run in SICF and the webservices give an "OK" when ping-ing.

The user got enough rights aswell.
