Error while activating adobe form as pop-up.

Hello All,

I am  new to Adobe form concept. while activating the copied standard Adobe form or custom one. I am getting the pop-up as

Enter log On data with resource as "/AdobedocumentServices/Config" with user name and password.

when I provided my credentials  for continuously 3 times I got the error as "Internal error occured in SAFP API".

even if I download the standard one and upload into the custom one or copying the standard XML schema and pasting into the custom one while activating this is the issue. so what ever it is while activating I am facing this issue . Here we are using the ADOBE life cycle designer  trail version 9.0 software.

Does this trail version makes issue here? . Please help me to come out of this issue.

This has nothing to do with the type of Adobe form.

Ask you BASIS to maintain the credentials for the ADS.

Once they maintain the credentials for the ADS, this popup wont appear.
