Dears,
I am getting the "DataSource 0HR_PA_PD_3 is not defined in the source system" message while trying to display the content of the data source 0HR_PA_PD_3 using RSA3. I checked the data source in RSA6 but it is missing in the hierarchy. please help me the way to solve this problem.
here i have attached the data sources displayed in RSA6

Hi,
I am curious where you read about DataSource 0HR_PA_PD_3. It should be in the area of Personnel Development but I cannot find a DataSource like that. I searched on SAP Help, SAP Support - Notes and Google but not a single hit. There are only two DataSources in this area which I know: 0HR_PA_PD_1 (Qualifications) and 0HR_PA_PD_2 (Appraisals).
Can you please share where we can find more information on DataSource 0HR_PA_PD_3?
Best regards,
Sander

Hi Demise,
please look for your data source at ECC Tx - RSA5.
Again try to activate data source at RSA5 and later you can check at RSA6.
once you data source at RSA6, you do the test extraction at RSA3.
Thanks

Hi Demise,
Please check with your SAP HR functional team and request them to activate your data source related business function at SFW5. Otherwise you can search for business function at SAP Market place using data source name as search key. Later seek SAP HR functional team help to activate business function at SFW5.
As i think, related business function might be activated. so ask your functional team reactivate business function.
After that you can see your data source at RSA5.
Later you can follow as suggested earlier.
Thanks
