Wrong created on date displayed in document flow

Hello all,

I have a problem with the "Created On" date in the document flow view.

The actual invoice creation date is 2/8/2016, and in the document header, the created on date is 2/8/2016.

However, in document flow view, created on date shows as 2/9/2016.

Billing is done by automatic daily batch job which runs every night at 10:00 PM.

The user ID under which the batch job runs (and billing doc is created)  does not have any other time zone setup apart from the system time zone. So I don't think it is an issue with time zone.

The creation date/time shown in the document flow is displayed based on the timezone of the user who currently displays the document flow, and the date/time in VF03 is shown as in server date/time.

So if my server timezone is EET and I have a billing document created on 10.02.2016 5:00:00 server date/time, but my user timezone is PST_NA, in VF03 I will see 10.02.2016 5:00:00, but in the document flow I will see the same billing created on 09.02.2016, because of 10 hours difference:
