Issue with SXMSJOBS in PI 7.31

We are working on PI 7.31. There is scheduled message processing in SXMSJOBS for DELVRY05. These jobs are scheduled to run every two hours.But we have checked logs and found job is running only three times a day. Hence there is always delay in message processing. Could you help us in above issue.Please provide your input.

Tell the ABAPer to check the code for this issue.

Might be some code logic is wrong.

This is scheduled job in PI.using sxmsjobs. I didnt get any help from ABAper.
