FTPEx: Unexpected reply codeSecurity mechanism not supported

Hi Experts,

Hope all are doing well. My scenario is File - To- FTP (without ESR). In receiver side we are using the PGP Encryption and I have tested locally PGP encryption is working fine. We have installed the all 3 client certificates. But I'm getting the below errors.

1: FTPS (FTP using SSL/TLS) For Control and Data Connection:-

2: FTPS (FTP using SSL/TLS) For Control Connection:-

can any one help me out.

Hi Prabhakar,

First check this blog for FTPS

Run the XPI Inspector using option 50 (XI Channel) and select you receiver channel run the scenario, you will see the list of certificates like below screen shot it will tell you which one is trusted which ones are not trusted, you can download the certificates from there and import into NWA trusted keystore.

You can check below blog but this is for HTTPS but it is similar.

I have already tested with XI inspector and I can see there is one point that "Cannot determine the trust relationship between the IS and this Adapter Engine Instance".

I have resolved the issue by applying the Note:1591971 - Added property strictHostnameChecking.

Hello Prabha,

First error is due to invalid certificate,check the certificate.

Second error make sure your using any of the algorithms(signature method) used int he below link
