Create new Style .UNX universes through SDK

Hi,

based on this comment there is/was no SDK around to create new Style UNX universes through SDK. I just wanted to start a new discussion if thinks may have changed over time and would like to know if there is nowadays a new SDK that allows me to creates a BOBJ Universe.

The old COM SDK is deprecated and unfortunately some questions remain unanswered (http://scn.sap.com/thread/3782980).

Any help is highly appreciated.

Only possible via the Semantic Layer SDK.

And I believe the Semantic Layer SDK is for Java only.  There are also some capabilities to modify existing .unx universes through the RESTful web services SDK.  You can't create one, but I believe you can modify names, descriptions, etc. this way.  Since RESTful is platform independent, it is accessible through .NET.  You can find out more about it here:
