Support Internet Explorer 8 for funtions ESS after Upgrade ERP EHP7

Hello Guys.

I´m finish the Production Upgrade the ERP EHP5 (SAP Netweaver 7.3) to EHP7 (SAP Netweaver 7.4), until thusday the funtion in the Portal for the aplication of ESS working fine in the Explorer 8. But now not working today only with the Internet Explorer 10.

The Enterprise Portal still working in version Netweaver 7.3.

The problem and the strange is in the Quality System the function of ESS working fine in the Internet Explorer 8 but Production System not.

I do not know what could be happening.

Both QA and PROD system is upgraded, right?

The only log in SMICM show me the following warning in both system QAS and PRD:

Yes, QAS and PRD they were updated to ERP EHP7 SAP Netweaver 7.4.

It´s very strange what difference between in qas and prd.

Did you set FQDN as a hostname for ERP in JCO connections in NW portal?
