Hello,

after patching our SAP BPM System we could finally archiving our processes, because of SAP Programm errors we couldn't not archiving.

Now we found out that in the bpm overview the number of processes are not identically to the process instance. But why?

Example Process closed in the BPM Overview 136497 in the process instance they are 8. This is a lot of differnce.

Which table is used in BPM Overview and why is this happen?

Best regards.

Hello Nicole,

Have you refreshed the overview since the Archiving? You can also check the archive logs as it is possible the write phase completed but the delete phase did not (leaving the processes in the system but with status 'archived'). In Java Archive Cockpit the status of the job should have a green icon and not the yellow warning (indicating Delete job didn't run). Under the tab Delete there should be no jobs waiting. The job log itself should indicate ##### processes written and then ##### processes deleted.

Hello,

You haven't provided enough information to make any assessment. Could you provide a screenshot of the overview perhaps? In Manage Processes you would need to use Advanced search and ensure you makes selections that would get all the process instances (Running,Completed, In Error, etc..). Then you could compare. In both cases the system gets the information from the same table so it's unlikely you could have a difference.
