Is it possible to schedule a Business Objects Explorer report ?

If yes how can we schedule a Business Objects Explorer report ?

Neeraj,

     Login into Explotrer with Admin rights

• Click Manage Space
• Click Explorer Infospace
• Right and select Config
• Switch to Schedule Tab
• Schedule option

This option is for scheduling the indexes. My under stood is by using this option we can schedule the index process.

But is it possible to schedule the created report ?

Is it possible to schedule it to shared locations and mail ?

     Explorer is NOT a reporting tool, it's a Data Discovery / Exploration tool.  It create a LARGE bucket of data that to can you do data exploration within.  If you have created Explorer Infospace against the UNV/UNX, you can also create WebI REPORT against the same source.

Once you have created WebI report against the UNV/UNX, then you schedule / share without any issue.

What is your datasource being used by Explorer.

Hi,

What do you mean by Explorer report ? Is it a view set ?

What you can do with Explorer is to schedule indexing (when you create IS go to [schedule] tab).
