Create SFSF user not creating JAM user

Hi Experts,

Would anyone have some assistance on creating JAM users? I have created some SFSF users but they are not getting created in SAP JAM. I have tried to create a User in the following ways.

1. Admin Center --> Update User Information --> Manage Users

2. Admin Center --> Update User Information --> Manage Users (Then assigned Permission Group and Permission Roles)

Any help would be great

Hello Chris,

There are a couple possibilities.

Role Based Permission settings may take up to 24 hours to sync with SuccessFactors. Once this sync takes place, the sync between SuccessFactors and SAP Jam needs to take place.

In order to investigate the configuration, I would need to know the SuccessFactors Company ID and the associated SuccessFactors data center.

Thanks for the info. I did read about the delay in the creation of the users, however its been almost 2 days.

I can provide you the Company ID but can you direct me to where I can find out what SuccessFactor data center we are using?

This issue has now been resolved.

The exact cause is difficult to determine at this time.
