Hi BPC 7.5 MS Group,
We have an end user whose screen freezes up in the B&C tab add-in. When this person clicks on any of the dimensions (the dimension name) the screen locks up and she has to terminate BPC from the Task Manager function.
Is anyone aware of this happening and are there any know fixes?

Hi BPC Community,
I reached out to SAP. This issue was that the user's display was going to a 3rd, non existing, computer monitor, due to an incorrect MS display setup. Once that was fixed the user now sees her dimensions on the main monitor.

Hi Barry,
Please provide the version of EPM/BPC client installed on user's workstation (including the .Net version). Also let us know if she is indeed the only one with this issue, what versions of windows, Excel, and if each is 32/64-bit. If she has any other add-in installed in Excel like Smartview, you may start by disabling all of them to see if the issue goes away then adding them back one by one until you identify the culprit.
