Trex Error 14961

I have an error on one document on my DMS system and find no reference to this error.

I am able to access/open the file and can manually set the categories but if a new version is loaded, then I get this error again.

Any help will be appreciated.

Seems we found the issue.

There was an error in the PDF document with resulted in the index not being able to complete the scan of the document.

Hi Andrew, although you identified the reason of the issue as an error in the PDF document I would like to ask you to update the TREX to the newest REV 67.The currently installed REV 40 has a very old version of the filters software , that used for extraction of the HTML content from originals (PDFs , Office documents e.t.c.) . The same error 14961 was observed several times due to a bug in the filters . Best regards, Mikhail
