Hybris integration with SAP CRM using SAP PI

Hello Experts,

We would like to integrate hybris with SAP CRM, using SAP Process Integration.

Please see details below:

hybris Commerce Suite 5.7 (Full AOM and SOM for B2B and B2C)
EHP3 for SAP CRM 7.0

SAP PI 7.1 EHP1

We intend to do the following:

• We are not using hybris order management module.
• We will create custom application/ web forms. Once submitted this will call the SAP CRM function modules via RFC and pass the data. It will also retrieve data from SAP CRM via RFC FM.
• CRM FMs will then create the required Social Services documents.
• We will use B2C with B2B user management options for this.
• We need to have the option for master data synchronization between hybris and CRM.

How are we going to connect these systems?

What are the adapters/connectors we need to use?

Hi Rebella,
just FYI, there is now also a reference integration available for SAP CRM. For details, please refer to https://wiki.hybris.com/display/release5/SAP+CRM+Back-End+Integration and Note 2293490. The package is based on 5.7 and may help you by giving a starting point (although it does not include PI as a mandatory component).
