Can anyone please suggest what will be best practice or study material for learning the SAP Business Object Administrator .

      If you want to learn BOBJ Admin, the best way to start is with getting some hands-on.  You can get 90-day trial version of BI 4.1 and install on test Windows Server ( get 90-day trial from Microsoft).

The books will help but nothing beats the actual hands-on practice.

I am SAP BO Admin Certified. My suggestion is go through the SAP books.

Start with below books:-

BOE301:-BusinessObjects Administration & Security

BOE 302:-SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform - Administering Servers (Windows)

Learn how to install Business Object Suits in Windows and Linux.Go through SAP Cookbooks and Youtube vedios.
