Hi colleuges!
Problem: in BI launchpad user can't see view option in dashboard menu
in QA it's ok. all authorization such as QA system, but dashboard can open only administrator user .
I read admin guide in help.sap.com and provided access such as guide, but even Full Control access level don't access for View option.
have anybody this problem?

I think you are Giving Report Level Access for Particular user and also check.
whether user Has Application Level access or not for Design Studio.
If Dashboard Running but not opening long Time,Could you please Check Design studio Add on Installed in server level or not.

Could you specify on which object (application, report) you have granted the Full control access?
Just for test, try to add a defaulting user to the Administrators group and check the behavior.
