HI Krishna,

When you install Expert, three demo rules are installed as well, called  Demo1, Demo2 and Demo3. Please find them in Progrman Files (x86)\EHS\Expert\Rules. They come with a daabase and a .rul-file. This together with the SAP help will give you an idea how it works.

Dear Krishna

I assumed that you have checked SAP online help. In any case: may be Explanation Rule - Basic Data and Tools (EHS-BD) - SAP Library

could be of interest. The "Demo1" and "Demo2" rule is explained there shortly

Dear Krishna

as with SAP you will get "no rule" you have nothing,. Only if you buy content there is something. And in many cases: the "rule" is delivered as "ruc" file which can not be edited.

So in most cases the answer to your question "? is there any simple rules to understand ?" is "simple". The answer is "no". Only for "Easy Expert" some answers might be available. IN real life: Easy Expert has "limited" value

Be aware of the fact that we have an "Easy Expert" and "Expert"

All is explained here: How the EH&S Expert Works - EH&S Expert - SAP Library

you need to "drill" down in the subchapters to understand "access mdb" and "rules" etc.

High level: the "access mdb" is used for "mapping" and the "rule editor" is used to describe the rules.

For "output of results". The answer is "difficult" as well. E.g. you can buy contetn as the so called "MSDS Maker". This is more or less a "number of rules" (according to my knowlegde) which are executed in somelogical sequence. From user point of view. There is more than "one output"

We can define the output in most cases as:

a.) you have new or updated composition in place

b.) you have new or updated data in a VAT of type "A" in place

As regulaation is complex the rule is commplex. It need some years to understand the logic to calculate a "labeling/classification" resutls according to GHS. This is one of the many reasons why many companies just "buy" the conent. To describe the rule /and include the mappping) a lot of money need to be invested
