Need Help : BPM Process has stuck on Time

HI Guys,

We are facing a BPM timer related issue.

Problem statement: Order process has been stuck in timer . If timer has configured 3 mins, after that when it crosses  3 mins also control is not moving forward.

We are using BPEM_CORE version is 7.4 .

Please help to resolving this issue .Thanks in Advance.

Are there any logs? Can you post the configuartion of the timer please.

There is no logs found related to timer issue .

Hi Jun,

I checked logs from Log viewer of Developer Traces and Sap logs.

And also i did the Thread dump analysis , Nothing related found.And all Galaxy related jobs are active state.Please suggest what step need do so that i can  solve this issue.

that is not the right place.

there is a log tab for the process, go to nwa--->operation.....find something related to bpm, you will find it.

Hi Jun,

I verified all possible logs which you suggested ,but nothing found.

Earlier we found the same in our env,but after restart issue had resolved.This time we need to find out Root cause with proper solution.

Please suggest what need to do.
