SAP Collaboration Rooms

Hi,

We have created a collaboration room, but when we try to save , system is displaying this error:

We followed the steps described on link below to create it :

User has all the collaboration roles assigned and the same password in the EP and in the backend system and connection is working in both directions .

Does anyone know what could be happening?

hi sapera, did you find the solution? by the way, I checked my old documentation. last time I had this error it was due to missing config in sap erp customizing. you must configure the step default categories in the img for lso/croom. 🙂

hi sapera, thanks for putting this into the discussion area. could you start again the test report rhcollaboration_check_lso and check if it outputs some errors?
