Sybase ASE 16.0 SP02 PL03 - client

Hi

am I right in thinking you need to use the Sybase ASE 16 SDK to install the 'OpenClient 16' middleware?

In the past on ASE15.7 I was sure there was a separate download for the OpenClient components ... or just run a server install and only select the OpenClient components.

Just want to make sure I'm on the right track.

Any help appreciated.

why not read the extensive, very clear and comprehensive documentation.

I'd suggest starting at section '3.4 Client Components and Utilities' in the 'ASE 16.x installation guide'.

You know ... the section you just skipped the other day in your rush to install the server ... epic fail.
