Displaying of archived IDOCs through WE10

Hi Experts,

I am Unable to Display the archived IDOCs through WE 10 t-code. i.e. in WE10 t-code after selecting  the Archive in Data Source option able to list the archived idoc but when i double click on a particular idoc we are getting the pop up message saying "No Idoc Selected" (its not displaying the complete status of the idoc)

Please suggest for the same.

could you please share teh screen shot?

Are you selecting the file? or through infostructure?

If through infostructure, you have to load the same first.

please find the below screen shots

1. WE10 t-code screen shots

2. WE10 output list - after double click on the idoc no in dis screen shot, it shoud display the complete status of the idoc but we are getting the message saying IDOC not selected

3. idoc not selected pop-up message

Note : already we filled the info structure and its displaying properly through the info structures.

Thank you so much for the reply

Yes i gone through all the SNOTES, I think 1060538  note is having the required information but we can't implement this note in our system  and version of our system is EHP6 FOR SAP ERP 6.0 and  SAP_BASIS release is 731.

so please suggest to proceed further.

Hi Ningappa,

Can you please check the below

1) From SARA, read function whether IDOC is opening or not

2) Please cross verify whether the archive indexes(via SARI) generated on all archive files or not.

2. yes, archive indexes are generated for all hte archive fies.

Hi Ningappa,

If the issue is still exists for retrieval via WE10. Can you please check for the IDOC 447484, in index tables(ZARIXxx) created through archive info structure activated for IDOCs.

Please update the screen shot of it to check the archive file from which the IDOC is archived.
