UWL Workitems are not picking from ECC

Hi Friends,

We have configured UWL to pick the work items from ECC to portal, it was working fine.

After Portal 7.4 upgrade, work items are not showing in Portal.

I have done the Re-Register Web flow connector,

Is there any thing more to do configuration to fetch ECC work items.

Hi Prasad,

I guess you would have already tested the SSO connectivity to ECC and RFC destinations?

Are you getting any messages in the connection status of UWL?

If not, then would ask you to run the UWL Configuration wizard from NWA.

Path: NWA -> Configuration -> Scenarios -> Configuration Wizard.

Run the configuration wizard for UWL.

However, if you are getting any messages in UWL for connection of ECC UWL Connector, then can you paste it here in the post.

Hi,

Got the issue by seeing the logs, it was with RFC Destination (systemalias$Webflow).

Any how you have given the right approach.
