Hi,

1. you are sure you are creating payslip with form MI01?

2. are you sure that MI01 with Country Grouping 40 was changed in V_T512F ?

Please find screenshots from form - based also on Standard form as in your case.

form created by PC00_M40_CEDT:

Config of Background in PE51:

config Position of window in SM30 - V_T512F:

Just seen in your screenshot:

W2 right edge is ending on column 94 but W3 is starting at column 88 in same line - this will not work properly.

Please check Settings of edges of Windows.

Dear sap hr09,

1. identify the Name of window in PE51 - form Name - Windows - 4 Corners are marked with Name of window (e.g. W1).

2. Go for table V_T512F, enter Country grouping and form name

3. Select entry line for window (e.g. W1) and lower the right edge field with -1

Go to your report which generates payslip. Search for  'OPEN_FORM' FM, it will give you script form name. If report is using smartforms, then search 'SSF_FUCTION_MODULE_NAME'.

Goto your forms(script/smartforms) and then check paragraph format/spacing of the amount fields.

In the "Change Window" screen, find the "Group" that holds your Deduction WTs, and identify the Line Type used for that WT.

In the "Change Line Layout" screen, find the Line Type used for the Deduction WTs, select the Data Element you want to move, and change it's position (Column number).  Note that you may have to modify the position of other Data Elements on the same line and that the change will affect all WTs that use that particular Line Type.

Go to your linked script form/smartforms, check the paragraph format & spacing in total amount field. Make exact same changes for deduction amounts fields.

Is your form pointing to a sapscript or a smartform? Or is everything designed, and printed, from PE51?
