Explorer Workspaces Not Appear until after a couple of list refresh

Hi.

We've recently updated BOBJ to 4.1 SP6 for the Explorer to display % values properly.

Now we're encountering an issue of opening Explorer and the Workspaces with a blank list of workspaces until a couple list refresh or Information Spaces are clicked.  Then the list appears.

Odd behavior like it's not grabbing the Workspaces metadata or that procedure is timing out.  Which doesn't really make sense.

Any ideas to approach the issue?

For a little better view of the description.  This is what the users view on opening the Explorer and need 2-3 "refresh"/"Information Spaces" clicks before the workspaces appear.

Weird behavior.  Any thoughts will be extremely helpful from the community.

My train of thought is towards a timeout pulling the metadata of Workspaces and the refreshes requeries for it but takes a few attempts to fully pull them?

Also in DEV, it doesn't exhibit this behavior.  It appears as expected.

I've restarted the Explorer Indexing servers then the Explorer Master server (in that order is the route I took if it was needed in that order or not.) and it started behaving normally.
