SQLext.h showing errors

Facing a issue in sqlext under windows sdk 8.1 using visual studio 2015, I had SQL Anywhere related headers in my projects but while compiling the project following error occurs, Please help......

Line 43 in sqlext is:

typedef SQLTCHAR SQLSTATE[SQL_SQLSTATE_SIZE+1];
